The Mayflower Help Desk product requires the use of Notes clients and a Domino server version 6.0 or higher.
Unzip this file to any directory below the Lotus Notes data directory. Unzip this file to any directory underneath the Notes data directory, and open Calls.nsf to begin. A Word document with additional setup instructions is included in the zip file.
