Returning a Software Product |

A full refund will be granted within 30 days of purchase for:
- Defective products
- Products not received due to an error on MayFlower's part
We apologize that MayFlower Software cannot offer refunds for:
- Software that has a free trial version or demo offered on the site from which you purchased
- Software purchased for the wrong device or platform
- Any item 30 days after the purchase date for any reason
Refunds are given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

2. Software Removal Form will be generated. Print it out, sign it and return it to MayFlower via fax or regular mail.
