Testing is Free!
You may test all you want, until the end-user department is satisfied with your application and the data loaded into it. At that time, you (or the end-user department) can pay a license fee. But not until you are satisfied that the software will work for you.
Sentinel Licensing Policy
The Sentinel licensing policy is as follows:
- You may distribute the evaluation copy of the software freely throughout your organization.
- There is no cost to use the product in Development Mode to develop an XML data integration strategy (or approach).
- If you decide to use the product in Production Mode, the cost is $7,600 per Server license. Department, Division and Corporate licenses available.
- MayFlower offers an annual Maintenance Contract that includes technical support, and all new releases to the software. The current cost of an annual Maintenance Contract is 15% of the licensing fee. | Server License
Our concept is that all people connected to this one server can develop XML transfers with our software. This license allows the users to "RUN NOW" or Schedule Production. We support NT servers, Windows Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
Workstation License
You can perform ALL your data movement tasks right from your own desk with the Sentinel Workstation license. This allows all the functions of the Server copy except scheduling. It is a very powerful development tool that you have 100% control over at your own desk. Workstation licenses cost $2,250 per user.

Volume pricing is available for Department, Division or Corporation. Please call MayFlower for pricing.
Full Technical Support (even before you license)
Until then, we will give you full technical support during your development and testing phases. We are not asking for any commitment up-front. We are betting that you will like the software and want to use it in production. So feel free to use the software all you like. When your end-users want to go into Production, give us a call. |
