They are sent to a Notes mailbox or Domino server, and have links to the actual document that was the source of the report. Users can link to that document and go right to work. Users can receive one or more of these reports to let them know the good and the bad things that they must work on each day. Each report, as you can see in the sample, has a short summary and then a link to the acutal CRM document. For example, you could have a report of Activities that are marked as "Critical", or another report of new quotation created in the past 24 hours. With the doclink, you always have the ability to review the full report, and continue working in the CRM system.
