For example, SpamSentinel was down once for 1 ˝ hours. 99% of our customers never knew, but we still sent an email notice to our customers. We want to be as open, honest, and transparent as is reasonably possible. We don't keep secrets or hide behind fancy marketing spin. We believe an informed customer is our best customer. |
