Meet the Staff of MayFlower Software

Frank Paolino is the Founder of MayFlower Software, Inc. He spends most of his time developing software, architecting all of the company's products. You can call him with product improvement suggestions, new product ideas or to compliment him on anything that you like!

He spends a lot of time outdoors biking, running and golfing, driving his 1965 Rambler Convertible or practicing karate at DoShiKai.

For a hobby, Frank likes to build physical things, like this wall and outdoor fireplace.
Allison Cote manages sales and customer support at at MayFlower Software. She talks to every customer we have. Her specialty is getting the customer what they want. It means a lot of "yes we can" replies to customers, which is what they want to hear. She works with Sharon and Carol making sure that all customers are being serviced.
Chris Rich has been with Mayflower Software since 2005 as the North American/South American Support Manager. Prior to Mayflower, Chris' background is diverse. He's spent years in high-tech & telecommunications direct sales, technical support, data network management, as well as technical training. He is a certified trainer through Langevin Learning Services (www.langevin.com). He's also a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator. He has been around Notes and Domino since Version 4.0 and has managed Domino environments in excess of 1,000 users. When Chris is not working hard to keep customers happy, you'll find him on the golf course, running, playing the guitar, or spending time with his two daughters, Madelyn and Victoria and his wife, Alanna.
Nick McCann has been the Support Manager for UK at MayFlower Software and Europe for 3 years, and is the overall support manager. He has been working in various roles with Notes/Domino since version 3 back in 1995. A typical day involves handling customer support emails and calls, along with remote installations and trouble-shooting.

Nick spent 10 years in the British Army and is still a keen shot, he is a qualified scuba instructor and commercial diver, he also has his free-fall skydiving licence. These days however you are more likely to find him taking his 450 BHP MR2 and sports bike on track - or tending his organic vegetable garden in Wiltshire, England, where he lives with his wife Yolande.
Daniel Calkin has been working with Mayflower Software since 1998. He primarily develops and maintains product installers and databases. He also handles product customizations and integrations, does consulting work, maintains internal systems and takes the occasional technical support call.

Dan has been playing the sport of Ultimate Disc for over 10 years. He has also loves Disc Golf, Sailing, Hiking, Biking and has been known to carry canoes up a mountain just for fun. He has been known to be somewhat of a shutterbug and is currently learning how to take photography a bit more seriously. He has been an avid 'gamer' for his entire life and is now working on publishing new card games and board games.
Jason Baird is our latest addition to our support staff, brought on in 2008.
Carol Cadogan manages the daily flow of renewals and many office duties. Hers is probably the first voice you hear when you call.
Sharon works with Allison Cote in Sales and Customer support, and tackles special projects like Lotusphere.
