No assistance necessary – just want to express my gratitude at quality of your entire organization, especially technical support. Andrea and team did a wonderful job getting me the program via Notes mail under a crunch project. Then to the support person who stayed late on Friday night to help me through the first import task to make sure I understood how to handle my four main areas of concern, the last but not least, to the technical support person who returned my call at 10pm east coast time (from my page with 911 at the end) to solve a problem that
| would have cost me hours of manual corrections by not disabling the ‘fast’ option. Sorry I don’t have the names to go with the Kudos… please find out what the names are then attach them with my gratitude and place it on the president’s desk (and in prospect’s letters if you wish). The Sentinel is a tremendous tool, but the quality of your entire organization makes it an enjoyable experience.
At first I was put off by the cost of Sentinel, but I was able to re-do a conversion that had taken 10 days to get to a point where we could go further without a tool (multi-line text fields – that amounts to about $8,000. - $15,000. Worth of Notes Developer time). With Sentinel I was able to re-do the entire conversion process (including mapping which fields went where AND have response documents show up under the right main document) for 4 main-documents and a response documents in just 2 – ˝ days. My Compliments!!!!
