SpeedForm in Action
The following shows the three step example using a Domino Note & Address Book , in the People view.
Step One: First you must locate the view you wish to use as a source. SpeedForm will read the first note in that view. When the new form is generated, a field will be created for each data item that you see in the Properties box (below).
Step Two: Now that the proper database and view have been identified, use SpeedForm as follows:
Step Three: SpeedForm will then generate the following form in the database:
You are Done!! Now that you have this basic form in place, it is easy to work with all the fields which your source document contains! |
