How does In-Touch work?
Using MayFlower's award winning technology, In-Touch creates and maintains a personal profile for every prospect. Using this profile, it generates email to Keep-In-Touch. Messages are based on campaigns. This allows you to send each prospect a series of emails spread over a period of time.
Using our "set it and forget it" scheduler, you can predefine the complete campaign months in advance allowing you to spend your time on closing real sales. |

InTouch lets you survey your customers by creating a survey of 1 to 20 questions, with radio buttons and free form text answers.
Each survey is recorded into a separate Notes Domino database for review and response.
Surveys can be sent as a letter in a campaign, or as the only item in a campaign.
