If you cannot see the "My Widgets Sidebar", read below for detailed instructions.
Click File Preferences:
| Then select "Show Widget Toolbar and the My Widgets panet.

You sidebar should be visible, like this:
1. Right click and select "Save Link As" or "Save Target As"
to save this XML file
2. Drag file from Desktop to your "My Widgets Sidebar"
